Painting the Town Pink!

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our Savvy eNews is going pink to educate our readers about early detection and raise money for the cure! Last weekend, the Susan G. Komen Foundation painted Uptown Charlotte pink with Race for the Cure, and this weekend we're headed to the Ballantyne Festival to purchase our pink bows. As Lynn Johnson of BallantyneBuzz said, "Let’s paper your neighborhood or office in pink! Through your efforts you might help save a life and get us one step closer to curing breast cancer!"

Savvy + Co. will be sponsoring a booth at the First Annual Ballantyne Festival this Saturday from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM at the Morrison Family YMCA. Not only that, we're entering the chili contest too! So stop by this Saturday, say hi and try Shonn's Savvy-licious Home-Style Chili! We'll be giving away a $125 gift certification to the Ballantyne Hotel & Spa at our booth in addition to cupcakes provided by Ella's Celestial Cakes and a Halloween-themed activity for the kids.
