Hot Town, Summer in the City!

Memorial Day sure knew how to kick off summer with a bang - a heat wave! It's been in the 90's all week in Charlotte, and we've been trying to find creative ways to beat the heat at Savvy! We played a game of "Where is this Pool?" on our Facebook page... Looks like we weren't the only ones daydreaming about taking a dip in the gorgeous in-ground pool at 241 Manor Ridge Dr! And we also took a look at the Davis Lake community. Did you know they have an 88 foot water slide at their community pool?? Perfect for a hot, summer day!

We are also presenting our first "Oops! Too Late! Sale of the Week" Award to Lynn Johnson! Lynn represented the Buyer in the short sale at 408 McDonald Ave in Charlotte's Dilworth neighborhood.
