As always, we've been quite the busy bees at Savvy. Here's a quick look at what happened this week and what's coming up this weekend:

▪ Jeff King uploaded a fantastic new video to our YouTube channel, SavvySnaps, of 605 Hawthorne Lane - a stunning townhome at Elizabeth Village. Love those views from the Master Suite deck!
▪ Sarah Martin also uploaded a video of 1728 Chatham Avenue - a charming cottage located on one of Midwood's favorite streets... with an amazing price too!
▪ Debe Maxwell hosted a molto delizioso Italian-themed luncheon at her Olde Providence listing, 6807 Heatherford Drive, on Tuesday. And now she's participating in an Olde Providence Group Open House this weekend! Stop by on Saturday from 1 - 3 to find out why this neighborhood is so popular.

Next weekend, Savvy + Co. will be participating in the First Annual Ballantyne Festival. Not only are we a sponsor of the event, but we'll be competing in the chili contest too!
