We're delighted to be working with The Pop Up Kitchen, a team of great local chefs who do one-off nights in venues around Brighton offering a two course dinner for an amazing £10. They are committed to sourcing at least 80% of their produce within 15 miles of Brighton and Hove, buying locally, foraging what they can and delivering incredible flavour.
Their next pop up event is at the Farm Tavern, Farm Road, Hove on Thursday 14 June with a menu of delicious North African food using spice blends from Pinch Seasonings. Come to the event to taste flat breads with za'atar, Berbere spiced lentils and a classic Moroccan tagine of chicken with olives and preserved lemons with ras el hanout - the lemons were preserved using our gros sel gris de Guérande and were featured in our May newsletter.
