Announcing the First Annual Washington Leaders' Summit

Date: January 22-23, 2011
Location: Snoqualmie, WA

Join us for our first annual Leaders’ Summit with special guest Matt Fritzinger, founder of the NorCal League and the National Interscholastic Cycling Association.

This Leaders’ Summit brings together everyone that is interested in becoming part of the league—to develop skills and knowledge, share strategies, and build community. This conference will promote a holistic approach to coaching that creates an environment in which young people can grow and thrive. This is a great opportunity to spend a weekend in the company of peers and energize for the upcoming season.

Who should attend the Summit:

Anyone interested in becoming,
* a coach
* an assistant coach
* a ride leader
* parent volunteer

This is your opportunity to:

Learn all about the Washington League
Learn how to start a mountain bike team
Learn how to work with your school
Issues related to liability
Learn the intricacies of working with high school cyclists

Registration is now open.

Leaders' Summit attendance entitles you to a discount on team registration and counts as 9 hours of Professional Development Hours for those working towards NICA Licenses.
