Fed Ex Ground picks up from our Canvas print lab every day, Monday thru Friday at 3:00 pm PST. Once your order has shipped, your account will be updated with tracking info. This info is sent via email to the email address you submit when placing your order and creating your account through our website. Fed Ex Ground shipping is 2-5 business days depending on your location. We pride ourselves on having the fastest turnaround time without compromising the quality of our product to better serve our customers.

Our lab, Pixel2Canvas, works very hard to print and ship all Bad Sass Backdrop orders as quickly and efficiently as possible without compromising quality. However it is important that our customers note that turn around time is increased to 5-7 days during any sales/promotions that Bad Sass Backdrops has due to the extensive high volume of incoming orders during these times. This 5-7 day turn around timeline does not include the 3-5 day Fed Ex Ground delivery time. In most cases, orders placed during a Bad Sass Backdrop Super Sale, customers can expect to receive their order in 10-12 business days.

If you are interested in expedited printing and shipping of your canvas backdrop, please send an email to: admin@BadSassBackdrops.com with your shipping address and the date you wish to have your backdrop arrive on. We will respond to you within 1-2 business days with a quote. In most cases, expedited printing and shipping is a minimum cost of $75.

How long will it take to receive my Fabric Backdrop after I place my order?

Customers can expect to receive their Fabric Backdrops in approximately 3-4 weeks. Fabric backdrops are shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped, your account will be updated with tracking info. This info is sent via email to the email address you submit when placing your order and creating your account through our website. Please note: Fabric backdrops are not eligible for expedited shipping.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $30 per order placed for all Canvas and Fabric backdrops being shipped to all 48 Continental US addresses. Canvas backdrops are shipped using Fed Ex Ground in a tube and Fabric is shipped using USPS Priority in a box.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will be invoiced an additional $50 via Paypal.

International shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $75 per order placed for ALL sizes of CANVAS backdrops. Duties and taxes are included in this price. Canvas backdrops are shipped using Fed Ex International Ground in a tube.
