The New Palette

By now you've noticed the 2012 Palette looks and acts a little different. Here's what you need to know:

The new Palette is designed to work with our website (www.elcerritoart.org.) The Palette includes basic information and when you see an underlined word or phrase, you can click to the website to see the whole story.
The current Palette will be delivered by email and will be available at www.elcerritoart.org. Membership list additions throughout the year will be emailed to you separately so only members see the names and contact information for our newest members.
If you'd like to save a copy of this Palette on your own computer, go to the File menu of your browser and look for "Save as..." or "Save Page as..." These commands should save a copy of The Palette as an "HTML" (Internet) file. Each browser has it's own command for this, so you might have to look around and try a few things.
If you don't use email, we'll real-mail you a print-out of The Palette so you can keep up with ECAA news.

From The Board...

Thank you to all members for their prompt renewal of 2012 dues. We would also like to thank all of those members who generously donated to ECAA as extra support for our work this coming year. The dues support terrific and increasingly impressive programs, workshops for members, Annual Show Awards and expenses, and those tasty cookies at the program meetings!

The real success of our group rests in the hands of volunteers who sit on the board, arrange for programs, workshops and gallery displays, collect information/photos and assist in publishing calendars, Palettes, updates, and website news, work at the Annual Show and 4th of July show, and many, many artists who offer up their artwork for critique, perusal, and display.

As the membership for 2012 is finalized, all members will receive an electronic directory. For privacy and security, new members' information will be sent through the ECAA email groups.
