Back to school is always a mixed feeling for us parents. Our always popular classic panel cotton knee length skirt with a foldover waist got even better. We added 5% spandex to the cotton skirt to make it even softer with a nicer drape. The 2 X 1 cotton rib skirt looks exactly the same as our old skirt but just a bit more delicious.
