I recently researched the upcoming Western Bypass for a client who was considering a home purchase a little under a mile away from the proposed path of this roadway.

I found this super Fly Through Simulation, courtesy of Charlottesville Tomorrow. (Scroll down the page to "Watch a video fly through of a rendering of the Western Bypass"). If you are at all interested in this project, this is a great way to really envision what it will be.

One of my listings was recently featured on NBC's Today Show! Frankly, Barbara got quite a few of the facts wrong about the house ( and its location )! But overall, it was a great review. And this home has since gone under contract...

If you've run into me in the last few weeks, I may have mentioned to you how superheated the market has been lately, but here is a Nest Report post from early March which give you the numbers, along with our February 2012 Market Report.

The last few weeks have borne out the trend. Since this post was published, I have been involved in four more contract negotiations which were ratified: one was competitive (a multi-offer situation), three were homes which went under contract within a few days of coming on the market and all were homes which were perfectly prepared for the market and priced to sell!
