This wonderful pencil skirt is made from viscose Lycra fabric so it has more cling and is dressier than its cotton Lycra counterpart. It is made from super soft and stretchy natural viscose with 10% lycra. The perfect skirt for dressing up, layering with dresses and tunics, or school.
